What mean sponsorize a word?
Well, picture in your mind that you sponsorize the word paint; presumably, this word will appear oft in the news about art exhibit. And any time that this occur, the word will be linked to your advertising, automatically.
Look at the follow block of text (is just an example):

As you can see, two words are highlighted in the text block above: paint and painter. This because the sponsorization work with a group of similar words (i.e., paint, painter, painting, painted). You can notice too how the words are highlighted and underscored, to catch reader's attention. The two words show on mouseover a little box, that can contain web links too; you can choice the text to put into the tooltips box, and the colors of tooltips itself, in order to personalize its appearence accordingly with your brand.
And the tooltips can show different text rather than one.
